I flew into Washington D.C. Saturday to visit my friend Rachel.
It was a perfect day!
Perfectly pink.
My new favorite color is pink...
because of these:
Japanese Cherry blossoms...everywhere!
I also loved these:
Dogwood Tree
Our Heavenly Father is the ultimate artist!
That night we watched movies, talked, and ate this:
Purely Decadent Dairy Free Pomegranate Chip (vegan yumminess!)
Also pink.
The Dogwood is my absolute, no holds barred, all time favorite. It's the flora I miss most about Washington. I have never seen one here in Utah.

i knew my mom would make a comment about the dogwood. i have to agree, though. i think it's my favorite too.
